2. Scope and intended users
BIT LAB supplies software-as-a-service products and specialist software engineering. angielskafaktura.pl is intended primarily for businesses and professional users who need an English-language visualisation of a Polish KSeF invoice. The service does not provide tax, accounting or legal advice.
The English PDF is an auxiliary visualisation. It does not replace the source XML or the invoice recorded in KSeF.
3. angielskafaktura.pl service
- The user uploads a KSeF FA(3) XML and the corresponding official Polish PDF.
- The service verifies that the sources match and generates an English PDF visualisation.
- The first unique invoice associated with a seller NIP is provided free of charge.
- Processing another unique invoice requires an active monthly subscription.
- Uploaded invoice files are used for the requested conversion and are not retained as a customer document archive.
4. Accounts
The free first conversion does not require an account. Where an account is required, the user must provide accurate information, protect login credentials and notify BIT LAB promptly of suspected unauthorised access. A business account may be used only by authorised representatives of that business.
5. Price and payment
The standard subscription costs PLN 20.00 net per month, plus VAT where applicable. The full gross amount and currency are shown in Stripe Checkout before the user confirms payment. Stripe processes card details; BIT LAB does not store complete payment-card information.
The subscription renews automatically every month until cancelled. Details are set out in the Billing, cancellation and refund policy.
6. Delivery and availability
The paid service is activated electronically after Stripe confirms the subscription through the payment system. Output documents are delivered through the web interface. Maintenance, failures of external providers, KSeF changes or events outside BIT LAB's reasonable control can temporarily affect availability.
7. Permitted use
The user must have the right to process the submitted documents. The service must not be used to upload unlawful content, interfere with security, automate abusive traffic, evade usage limits or misrepresent the generated visualisation as a replacement for the original KSeF record.
8. Complaints
Complaints can be sent to [email protected]. Please include the account email, date of the event and a description that does not unnecessarily contain invoice data. BIT LAB will respond without undue delay, normally within 14 days.
9. Liability
BIT LAB is responsible for providing the service with reasonable professional care. Users remain responsible for their source invoice, accounting treatment, legal duties and the decision to send the visualisation to a counterparty. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Termination and changes
The user may cancel a subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. Material changes to a paid service or these terms will be communicated in an appropriate manner before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
11. Governing law
Polish law applies. Any mandatory protections available to consumers or entrepreneurs with consumer rights remain unaffected. Parties should first attempt to resolve disputes directly using the support contact above.
