1. Controller and contact
The controller is BIT LAB Andrzej Kwiatkowski, NIP 9720943651, os. Powstańców Warszawy 6/92, 61-656 Poznań, Poland. Privacy enquiries can be sent to [email protected].
2. Data processed
- Contact data: name, email or other reply address and message content when a person contacts BIT LAB.
- Account data: verified email, password hash, account and organisation identifiers and security events where a product account is used.
- Billing data: customer identity, billing address, tax ID, subscription and payment status received from Stripe. BIT LAB does not receive or store complete card numbers.
- Product data: angielskafaktura.pl derives a keyed, non-reversible identifier from the seller NIP to apply the free-use and subscription rules. It does not store the raw NIP for that purpose.
- Technical data: limited security and operational logs needed to deliver, protect and troubleshoot the services.
Files submitted to angielskafaktura.pl are processed to perform the requested conversion and are not retained as an invoice archive. Users should avoid sending invoice files through support channels.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- providing a requested service and managing subscriptions — performance of a contract;
- responding to enquiries and developing business relationships — legitimate interests or steps requested before a contract;
- accounting, tax and compliance duties — legal obligation;
- security, abuse prevention and service reliability — legitimate interests;
- marketing communications — consent where consent is required.
4. Recipients and processors
Data may be processed by infrastructure and specialist providers necessary to operate the service, including Cloudflare for website infrastructure, Stripe for Checkout, subscriptions and billing, and Telegram only when the contact form is deliberately used. Professional accounting, legal or IT providers may receive data where necessary and under appropriate duties of confidentiality.
5. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers rely on an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses or another safeguard recognised by data-protection law. Provider privacy information is available from Cloudflare, Stripe and Telegram.
6. Retention
Account and contract data is retained for the service relationship and then for periods required to establish or defend claims. Accounting and payment records are retained for the period required by tax law. Security logs and privacy-preserving product analytics are kept only for defined operational periods. Contact messages are deleted when no longer needed for the enquiry or relationship.
7. Cookies and analytics
bitlabapps.com does not currently use advertising cookies or cross-site behavioural tracking. Infrastructure providers may use strictly necessary mechanisms for security and delivery. Individual BIT LAB products describe any additional analytics on their own website.
8. Rights
Depending on the circumstances, a person may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection and may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Requests should be sent to the controller's email above. A complaint may be lodged with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland.
9. Required and optional data
Data needed to create an account, process a payment or satisfy legal requirements is necessary to provide the relevant function. Other information is voluntary. Failure to provide necessary data can prevent the requested service or transaction.
