Price, currency and taxes
The angielskafaktura.pl standard subscription is PLN 20.00 net per month. Applicable VAT is added based on the billing details and tax rules used during Checkout. Stripe shows the final amount, tax and PLN currency before payment is confirmed.
Automatic renewal
The subscription renews automatically each month using the payment method saved with Stripe. Stripe may retry a failed renewal. Access can be limited if payment remains unsuccessful.
Digital fulfilment
Paid access is activated electronically after the payment system confirms an active subscription. There is no physical delivery or shipping charge. The invoice-conversion output is made available through the product website.
Cancellation
A subscriber may cancel at any time using the Manage billing option, which opens the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the already-paid billing period; access remains available until then. The subscription will not renew after that date.
Refunds
Payments for a billing period that has already started are normally non-refundable because digital access is made available immediately. BIT LAB will review refund requests involving duplicate charges, an incorrect amount, a proven technical failure that prevented use of the paid service, or another circumstance required by applicable law.
Submit a request within 14 days of the charge to [email protected]. Include the account email, payment date and reason; do not send full card details or invoice files. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank processing time is outside BIT LAB's control.
Payment documents and billing details
Stripe provides payment receipts and subscription invoices. Customers can update their payment method, billing address and tax identification data and download available billing documents through the Customer Portal.

If a charge is unclear, contact [email protected] or +48 603 282 333 so it can be investigated promptly. This request does not limit any statutory right to contact the card issuer or payment provider.
